Uber Gift Card Uber gift cards are prepaid vouchers used to add Uber Cash to an Uber or Uber Eats account for rides or food orders. They are non-reloadable, non-refundable, and locked to the country and currency of purchase, usually valid for 3 years. Key Features and Terms: Usage: Valid for both Uber rides and Uber Eats orders. Redemption: Redeem in the app via Account > Wallet > Add Funds > Gift Card. Restrictions: Cannot be used for Family Profiles, scheduled rides, or in countries with different currencies. Expiry/Loss: Gift cards generally expire 3 years from purchase, and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Transferability: Once a gift card is added to an account, it cannot be transferred to another user. How to Use: Redeem: Enter the PIN/gift code in the app. Add to Wallet: Funds are added as "Uber Cash". Apply to Purchase: Uber Cash is applied to your next trip/order by default, but you can change the payment method before booking. Balance: If the order exceeds the balance, you must pay the remainder with another method.
